Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of ¥3,000 for orders up to 2kg.
Estimated delivery times: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience.
